Yandex

Yandex operates a general-purpose search engine designed to help users find information, websites, products and services online. Search is one of the company’s core products, supported by technologies such as machine learning and neural networks for ranking and information retrieval. Its wider service ecosystem includes Images, Video, Maps, Translate, Weather, Mail and Games, while business-focused tools include advertising, Yandex Metrica and services that help organisations appear in Yandex Search and Maps. The platform serves individual users looking for information and online tools as well as businesses seeking search visibility, advertising and analytics services.
