Crafts Council Makers Directory

The Crafts Council Directory website acts as a verified national index documenting visual portfolios across diverse disciplines, including ceramics, glass, textiles, jewellery, wood, and basketry. Main features of the platform include individual maker bio pages, project showcases, business updates, and downloadable CVs. Backed by the official authority of the Crafts Council, the platform coordinates paid and graduate memberships that give independent practitioners social media promotion, a dedicated account manager, and direct outreach to a large audience of buyers and enthusiasts. Designed for craft collectors, commercial interior designers, galleries, and independent makers, the directory provides high practical value by connecting consumers directly with skilled artisans while serving as a trusted launchpad for emerging and established British talent.
