Find a Maker

The Find a Maker website operates as a centralized digital index cataloging diverse handmade disciplines, including ceramics, glass, leather, precious jewelry, textiles, print, and woodworking. Backed by more than two decades of physical event management, the platform serves as a virtual companion to award-winning regional shows like Craft Festival Wales and the signature Bovey Tracey exhibition. The site features dedicated profiles showcasing individual artisan statements, a searchable venue directory, structural program alerts for emerging business talent via the StartUP initiative, and media layers such as The Capital of Craft Podcast. Tailored for high-end craft collectors, interior trade buyers, independent galleries, and creators looking to expand their commercial presence, the portal provides high practical utility by linking consumers with vetted artists to secure custom everyday functional wares or purchase tickets for live masterclasses and demonstrations.
